Either trustTap or sure ping.... is being created for seniors, young people, preteens, caregivers, and families who want a simpler way to reach someone they trust. The central idea is intentionally clear: one prominent action should help start that connection when navigating a phone feels too difficult.

The product also plans to support scheduled check-ins, platform-enabled lock-screen shortcuts, privacy controls, and optional location-based awareness using available public safety information. These tools will communicate their limitations and will not be presented as replacements for emergency services.
